FAQs

  1. How do I log into Quest?

    • Go to https://quest.vu.edu.au/
    • Click the ‘VU LOGIN’ button to get started. You will be redirected to the VU LOG IN page
    • At the VU LOG IN page, enter your staff or student ID (ensure you include the letter ‘e’ or ‘s’) followed by @vu.edu.au (no spaces)
    • Then click the ‘Log in’ button
  2. Why can't I log into Quest? This is the first time I have tried to log into Quest.

    • Your account may not have been set up on Quest yet. Please follow the steps above-right beneath heading ‘Quest Login Problems’
  3. Why can't I log into Quest? I have logged into Quest before.

    • Your VU LOG IN password may have expired, or you may have forgotten your password. Please contact the service desk to reset your password. Email servicedesk@vu.edu.au or call +61 3 9919 2777.
    • Your Quest account may be locked. Please follow the steps above-right beneath heading ‘Quest Login Problems’

  1. Visit the VU Support Hub (login required)
  2. Click on the ‘Research’ tile (scroll down to access).
  3. Click ‘Submit a new ticket’.
  4. Select an item from the Service Catalog.
  5. Enter the details of your request.
  6. Click ‘Review & Submit’, then click ‘Submit’.
